By accessing or using Hemline, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Hemline offers auto-renewing subscription options to access premium features.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hemline and its licensors.
The advice provided by Hemline (including AI-generated content) is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather forecasts or style advice. Use the information at your own risk.
In no event shall Hemline, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
